Het handelsvolume van non-fungible token (NFT) is over de afgelopen 24 uur hard gestegen terwijl cryptocurrencies naar hun diepste niveaus zakken in jaren. Ook de minimale prijs van verschillende populaire NFT collecties daalt hard.
Data van CryptoSlam laat zien dat het handelsvolume van acht van de top tien NFT projecten in de afgelopen 24 uur met minimaal 115% zijn gestegen. De enige twee projecten die minder in volume zijn gestegen zijn Goblintown en Moonbirds. Hierbij steeg het volume ‘slechts’ met 35,5% en 64,11% respectievelijk.
Op nummer 1 staat de Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT’s van Yuga Labs. Zij zagen het volume in de afgelopen 24 uur met ongeveer 260% stijgen, wat goed was voor $7,1 miljoen in omzet.
Hoewel het volume hard is gestegen zien we de minimale prijs van NFT’s wel dalen. Zo hadden collecties als BAYC en CryptoPunks een minimale prijs van 153,70 ethereum (ETH) en 123 ETH respectievelijk. De minimale prijs voor deze collecties zijn nu 82,5 ETH, ofwel $96.700 en 47 ETH, ofwel $54.800. Een flinke daling dus.
In de afgelopen 24 uur werden CryptoPunks #8620 en #5690 voor 275 ETH per stuk verkocht, ofwel $327.000 en BAYC NFT’s #393 en #3441 verkocht voor 118 ETH, ofwel $140.000 en 105 ETH, ofwel $124.000.
Het is duidelijk dat investeerders hun kans grijpen om NFT’s in te slaan na de cryptocrash die we op het moment zien.
De NFT marktplaats die hier het meeste van profiteerde was OpenSea. Zij zagen hun eigen handelsvolume met 173% stijgen en hadden een totale omzet van $23,88 miljoen op hun platform.
Een ander interessant gegeven is dat het volume wel hard is gestegen maar het aantal unieke handelaren daalde juist met ongeveer 15% naar 29.300 handelaren. Dit wil zeggen dat een kleiner aantal investeerders meer kochten en dus voor een hoger volume hebben gezorgd.
